Manage the Day-to Day business of the club.
Financial Review Committee Perform the annual financial examination of this club. An annual examination of financial records should include, but not be limited to, bank reconciliations, income, disbursements, budgets, balance sheets and income and expense statements for both the administrative and service accounts, budgets, and any other financial records or reports of the club.
Marketing & Public Relations
Price, Mark
Develop products for media coverage of Ross Island Earlyrisers service to the local community.
Membership & Growth
Munger, Bob
Recruit new members, retain current members, and "remember" past members.
Project Leader Each service project is headed by a Project Leader rather than by a committee chair. This allows more members to participate in leadership positions and allows members to apply their passions to the most appropriate area for them.
Risk Management Ensure that club safety and management of risk are taken into account when planning and conducting club projects.
